FOUNDERS IN RESIDENCE (FIR) / SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTS (SME) GUIDEAccess to successful founders and subject matter experts is the glue that helps support these earlier stage founders through some of the most challenging stages of company building. Our monthly accountability check-ins are structured to allow cohort members to update the group on their personal and professional highs/lows and troubleshoot friction points.
Our FIR's often join in these conversations providing guidance, support, and yes, accountability along the way. They will get an opportunity to share their story and answer questions from the cohort as well as participate with the group updates.
Our SME's often join over lunch to provide a deep dive and clarity around specific topics, department roles or other high-level strategic tactics.
